“After having sent in a few questions I had vie email, it seemed to become apparent

that emails were dealt with by Dr Roytowski once a week only.

Of course it makes sense for a surgeon to restrict the distraction of emails to once

a week, but I feel it would have been helpful to have had this mentioned by the

administrative assistant at the beginning of the process so that I had an idea of what

to expect regarding email communication.

But this is only a small point. And I have been very happy with the level of care I

have received. Thank you.”
