“The ratings above are clear, and the quality of service were good. However, the responsiveness from the Dr. Roytowski to emails, queries and pain management is lacking. Although it is understood that he may bee busy, it is never good to leave patients suffering in pain. After starting with conservative management, and should it not bear results, then next steps of treatment should be embarked on much sooner. Therefore, it is critical to alleviate pain and suffering much sooner and ASAP. Overall, when in pain, patients should be attended to  much sooner than what I have experienced.
